Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Interview Coach/Trainer)

• Location: Gurgaon
• Branch Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
• Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month
• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Full Stack Developer to train and prepare candidates for high-stakes technical interviews. Your role will involve helping candidates understand and explain their project experience, coaching them through technical assessments, and conducting live interview simulations to ensure success.

You’ll be responsible for hands-on project documentation, system design walkthroughs, coding guidance, and tailored technical preparation. Strong communication, mentoring skills, and full stack knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Project Understanding & Preparation

• Analyze and document candidates’ project details thoroughly
• Conduct discovery calls to verify technical understanding
• Create concise, story-based architectural breakdowns
• Prepare candidates for confident project walkthroughs

Interview Preparation

• Conduct technical Q&A coaching and pre-interview check-ins
• Share customized interview strategies and project documentation
• Assist during mock interviews with real-time support
• Keep technical documentation updated with relevant questions and insights

Technical Coaching & Assessment Guidance

• Explain system design, data structures, and real-world coding logic
• Prepare problem-solving exercises with ideal answers
• Teach time/space complexity analysis and clean coding practices
• Focus on practical, scenario-based technical reasoning

Post-Session Follow-up

• Provide structured feedback after each session
• Log session outcomes and track progress in detail
• Flag issues and ensure all coaching activity is recorded properly

Operational Requirements

• Maintain quick response times and session readiness
• Manage calendar scheduling and session invites
• Use collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Docs effectively
• Follow clear documentation and preparation protocols

Requirements

• Hands-on skills in full stack development (Java, Python, SQL, etc.)
• Good understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architectures
• Strong verbal communication and mentoring abilities
• Capable of simplifying complex concepts into business-ready language
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
• Prior experience in interview coaching is a bonus (not mandatory)
